We are excited to introduce Sentara Bill Pay as the new way to manage and pay your Sentara bills. Now when you use the Sentara website, Sentara MyChart, or the Sentara app to pay a bill, you will be prompted to set-up your Bill Pay account.
If you currently have a payment plan, your balance will be transferred to the new billing experience. With Sentara Bill Pay, you can choose to manage your balance by paying in full or setting up a new payment plan that meets your needs.
In addition, you'll be able to:
- Consolidate and manage your family's hospital and physician bills in one place
- See what your insurance has covered, itemized for each visit
- Access or print monthly statements, payment history and receipts
- Manage payment alerts and communications by email, text, or phone
